About Research Library
The Research Library is located at the Institute for Postgraduate Studies (IPS) in MMU Cyberjaya Campus. Research Library is a branch of Siti Hasmah Digital Library and is open for Academicians and Postgraduate Students. It can accommodate 45 students in its premises, which includes a discussion room. It provides vast collections of research materials, textbooks (Research Lib), annual reports, prospectus, special collections and etc.
Opening Hours
Research Library opening hours are as per below details:

9.00 am until 5.00pm
Closed on Public Holiday

The Collection
MMU Research Library provides a wide range of collections to support the University's Research & Development. Patrons can make reference to these collections at the library only as they are not borrowable except books in open shelves (refer RL Circulation policy).

Access to the MMU Research Library collections via the Multimedia University Library Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) is possible through the internet. Textbook are arranged according to LCC (Library of Congress Classification).
Circulation Policy
Based on the current scenario, it is justifiable to enable the borrowing privilege for textbooks to academicians, postgraduate students and staffs. Other collections such as thesis, annual report, prospectus and special collection can be used in the library premises only. The borrowing privileges to the patron are as below:

Patrons are fully responsible for the books loaned out to them, and it should be returned on or before the due date to avoid fines. Items can be checked-in at the circulation counter of the library and any fines due may be paid at that time. For any missing or damaged books, patrons will be fined according to SHDL lost book policy.
Overdue Fine
Late return fine charges at RM 1.00/day will be calculated on the first 30 days after the item is overdue. However, on the 31st day, the fine charges will automatically be charged to RM 50.00. An additional RM1.00/day for the subsequent days of late return after day 31 will be charged respectively.
