Username and password for SHDL’s OpenAthens (Digital Library Off Campus Access) are MMU IDM credentials for staff and Camsys credentials for students. Please make sure that MMU’s logo are present at the top of OpenAthens login page.

In order for publishers to recognize you as an authorized MMU user, you must have an MMU IP address or be coming through our proxy server. If you’re on an MMU wireless network, make sure you’re login via SHDL’s OpenAthens (Digital Library Off Campus Access).

Even though SHDL may have a subscription to a journal/database online, it doesn’t mean we have access to all issues. Check the coverage dates for the journal via Search A to Z search bar at the main library portal. If we don’t own it, you may request the article via Document Delivery Services (only applicable for staff and PG student). If the coverage dates say we should have it but you can’t get it, let us know via libdesk@mmu.edu.my.

Only current members of the MMU community may access to our electronic resources from off-campus. This is due to publishers and content providers impose restrictions which prevent us from offering off-campus access to anyone outside the MMU community.

Alumni may register to become our alumni members and access many of these resources.
