Please be informed that starting from 3rd August 2007, all processes of renewal of library items through Yahoo Messenger (YM) and Telephone must be accompanied with your IC No. (Local)/Passport (Expatriate) and Smart Card ID No. Also, kindly be informed that renewal of library items at library counter must be done by the smart card holder him/herself. Please take note that any renewal request without IC No./Passport and Smart Card ID No. or the owner him/herself will not be entertained.
