REGULATIONS & ACCESS
- Only registered users (student, staff and library members of MMU) or those who had permission and PERPUN library members are allowed to enter the library.
- Any user from the PERPUN library members and outsiders who register to do a reference to our printed collections are allowed to use the library from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- PERPUN members shall enter the library with a valid physical ID card from their originated University.
- MMU ID card must be displayed as stated in the university rules and regulations. Student with temporary ID are advised to present their IC (Identity Card) upon entering into the library.
- Loss of MMU ID card must be reported immediately to the Security Office and Customer Service Counter to avoid irresponsible/illegal usage of borrowing privilege. Users are to bear all costs incurred if such facility is abused. The library will not be responsible for loans made via the Self-Checkout kiosk using the lost/stolen MMU ID card by the unauthorized user.
- The University Library may control access to materials that are rare, fragile, particularly valuable, ephemeral, frequently used, unprocessed or in unconventional format.
- The University Library may deny access for any library user who is a seriously delinquent and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.
