The Library Committee (LC) is established principally as a sub-committee of senate, to function on  the following terms of reference:

• Act as a coordination platform from faculties, centre of excellence and departments units in establishing policies, regulations and overall development of the library. 
• Lead the library to be at par with other university libraries in terms of technology, resources and facilities.
• Prepare the library’s annual business plan, projection of income and progress report. 
• Establish good relations with other units/departments in the university as well as other institutions to achieve the library’s objective.
