Reservation of seat is not permitted in the Library and 24 Hour LP

Other users have the right to have the seat if it is left vacant for more than 15 minutes. Library staff have a right to take action for the student who fails to follow this rule whereby the library may suspend the user's library account from loan privilege for two weeks.
